Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

All payments due within 7 days of invoice date
Late payments subject to 2% monthly interest charge
Credit card payments subject to a +3% processing fee

Intellectual Property

Client owns all custom code and designs upon final payment
PRSMTECH retains rights to reusable frameworks and tools

Warranty & Support

90-day bug fix warranty after final delivery (April 30 - July 30, 2026)
Critical bugs fixed within 24 hours
Post-warranty support available at $150/hour or monthly retainer

Change Requests

Minor changes (< 2 hours): Included in phase budget
Major changes: Quoted separately; require written approval
Out-of-scope work billed at $125/hour (Jordan) or $75-100/hour (team)

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
Client responsible for payment of all work completed to date
Non-refundable: Expedite fee ($1,500) if terminated before Phase 1 completion

Liability Limitation

PRSMTECH's liability limited to total contract value ($43,500)
No guarantees made on AI bot performance or user betting outcomes
